Whiskey Tango Foxtrot: 27 weeks
This week I figured I'd show you guys how I look on the daily.
Makeup and real clothes only happen about twice a week. I live in yoga pants and comfy shirts,
whatever will fit over this belly! I just counted and there is only 90 days until my due date which is the scariest/most exciting feeling ever?!
How Far Along: 27 Weeks
Size Of Baby: Baby is the size of a large head of lettuce. She is between 13.6 to 14.8 inches long and 1.5 to 2.2 pounds. She now shows brain activity and is practicing inhaling and exhaling!
Maternity Clothes: Still living in leggings, yoga pants, and long tank tops!
Weight Gain: 17 pounds. Almost 2 pounds in the last week! I blame the third trimester which starts next week and a baby growth spurt. I am constantly hungry this week.
Stretch Marks: Nope! Still applying cocoa butter like a crazy person.
Sleep: I only wake up once or twice to pee in the middle of the night now. Other than that, no problems at all!
Best Moment of the Week: Hubby finished painting the rocker for the nursery, and is going to start on the crib and dresser tomorrow!
Movement: Nonstop! She has a slow day once a week and other than that, she loves kicking my ribs.
Cravings: Cereal and ice cream this week. Usually I dont care about either but its all I want!
Gender: Baby Girl !
Belly Button In or Out: Still in but I can no longer put a finger in it because its smushed!
Wedding Ring on or Off: Its on but it terrifies me to think it could get stuck so I check it often!
Anything Making You Queasy or Sick: Not eating something almost every hour. Snacks are always by my side!
What I Miss: How long toilet paper used to last in this house. I go through a roll a day almost!
What I am Looking Forward to: Hubby's 4 day weekend that's about to start and seeing our baby girl again on an ultrasound in a couple weeks!
Labor Signs: Braxton Hicks a few times a day. Usually around 3-4 at night.
Symptoms: Sleeeeeepy this week. So sleepy. and SO hungry.
Nursery: Just decided yesterday we are going to paint her crib, changing table, and dresser! Im excited for the outcome :)
Emotions: Just very relaxed, thanks to being spoiled by my husband. and also SO scared about labor/delivery now that the third trimester is about to start!
