We have been dying to go to a Midieval fair for a long time.
Like years. Its that serious.
So when we saw there was one not only in town, but on the ground of an old military fort on the river, we had to go. It was nothing like the festivals back home. It was legit.
Almost EVERYONE was dressed up. We were one of the few in normal clothes.
They had archery, jugglers, tents full of animal skins, bow and arrows, and swords,
whole pigs being roasted, and anything else you could think of.
The only thing missing was real live jousting, however there's a huge festival coming up that WILL have jousters and knights and we cannot wait.
