Whiskey Tango Foxtrot: What i've been up to lately...which is mostly eating.
I apologize for still being such a slacker when it comes to blogging.
We have been being SO lazy and relaxing whenever possible around here.
Who could say no to cuddling with these two perfects?
Last minute, the hubs and I agreed that the nursery furniture just wasn't cutting it and needed to be painted.
So that has taken up our whole weekend and I can't wait to share the end result!
And I have been devouring this amazing chili that I made last week and just keep on making because its so delicious and EASY.
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 packet chili seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
(Elbow macaroni optional)
Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain.
Add all ingredients to large pot. Bring to boiling, then simmer on low for 15 minutes.
Serve and top with shredded cheddar cheese, maybe some sour cream, and of course, the cornbread!
Seriously, the easiest thing ever. And your taste buds will with thank me.
